Our 4″ Dump retains its diameter to the end flange and then connects to our High Flow Cat Section which has a 4″ Inlet and 3.5″ Outlet. The High Flow cat section utilises our largest 5″ Diameter 500 Series 100CPSI Stainless Metal Core Substrate. The substrate, as well as being welded to the casing, is also welded along the inner edges for extra strength, helping to prevent the substrate from shifting and collapsing under extreme heat and pressures. From the cat it flows into our Twin 2.5″ System. The reason for the twin pipe design is to ensure fitment and ground clearance remain as close to factory specs as possible, albeit with an increase in pipe size to Twin 2.5″ from the standard Twin 2.25″/Single 3” sections.

The larger diameter pipework combined with our straight through design mufflers promotes less backpressure and supports higher power levels more efficiently. How much power? We have seen power levels up to 530 rwkw on a roller dyno in Manual Cars running E85 with all the good supporting mods (with a High Flow/Upgraded Turbo on stock manifold) through our full system. Auto combinations with the same supporting mods see around the 480-500rwkw mark. Even on mild combinations making 300rwkw with the stock cat-back system, upgrading just the cat-back section to our Twin 2.5" system at this power level gives a 10-15 rwkw gain. Past the 330rwkw mark though the gains start to increase exponentially.
